Organising health cover in the Haut Rhin

Starting out
Your or your spouse's new employer will declare you to the URSAFF and in parallel, obtain a social security number on your behalf. With this number, you can claim reimbursement for medical treatment.

Contact the 'Caisse d'Assurance Maladie' in your area to find out how you can obtain a 'Carte Vitale' (chip and pin card) with which to process your payments and reimbursements and discover some time-saving online services. (Site in French)
